This week’s song is about the Tasmanian Tiger, or Thylacine. Inspired by this news article, it seemed like an apt subject to write about, and I was not disappointed. Especially after reading the Wikipedia entry which claims the last Thylacine in captivity died in 1936 as a result of neglect! I was shocked, as I’m sure you are too.

Its a fairly simple song, that drove me up the wall towards the end. I mixed it almost immediately after finishing a 12 hour shift which may show. You’ll let me know though, right?

  • I like this – it’s amazing that they can bring something back to life, i hope in turn for the neglect it received it will mutate into a tiger killing machine that rips the world apart…..just to get its own back. I think maybe your next theme should be the ‘tunnel’ to New York OR based on the documentary of the tallest woman in the world…that was interesting.keep up the work tune man! xxx

  • Matt, you have fans in Australia and NZ! We all love this one best!
